Polar Obsession. What an amazing treasure awaits with this book! Paul Nicklen is my guest Thursday, 11/12/09, on Conscious Living.

The ice encrusted world he explores and shares through his lens is absolutely breathtaking. And beyond that, his encounters with the wildlife who thrive in that arctic Eden are priceless.

This is a world most cannot engage - even on an extreme tourist trip...an ecosystem that changes as we continue to remove and/or damage all that supports it. The world Paul showcases requires a certain indomitable aptitude and ability to navigate, as well as a robust physical nature and a body thermostat comfortably set at Ice Cube.
