The Tuesday Preview of Thursday's new Column - :)
If you have ever wondered what it might be like to share an inner knowing of what the animals in your life are feeling, sensing, thinking, you can learn a lot from Animal Communicator Nancy Kaiser.
I am thrilled to have her here and hope you will take advantage and ask questions or suggest topics that she can address. I didn't want this to get overlooked in the daily routine - so today's post is actually our Thursday item.
Check it out - Check out her site and - by the way - if you have a pet site you would like to let me know about please connect. We can add a day to review and link some of those as well.
If you still want more information on the topic, here is another great resource. A site with several ACs who offer their thoughts. You might find information there to ask here. We live in a very wonderful time with so many opportunities to make great connections.
Thanks for checking in... and thanks for sharing your life with pets.

Nancy Kaiser - # 1 - Now What?
Okay, so I had an epiphany, now what? My intense desire to talk to animals motivated me to pursue my goal. My greatest challenge was learning to quiet my mind, which is crucial to telepathic communication. I diligently practiced meditation to reawaken my right brain, which had been neglected from years of academics. By using both hemispheres of the brain, we truly realize our full potential as human beings.
I was blessed with fabulous animal teachers and incredible experiences that guided me along my learning path quite rapidly. When something is involved with our soul’s purpose, things are facilitated. It required dedication and perseverance, but mostly my unwavering desire to finally be able to talk with animals.
We all have the ability to communicate telepathically because our brains are physiologically identical. If a left-brained pharmacist can learn to communicate, anyone can. All it takes is desire, belief and trust.
What began as a passion to talk to animals eventually led to the discovery of other healing talents. Whenever I uncovered hidden abilities, animals that needed those skills found me. It was the Universe telling me I was on the right track.
I was my biggest skeptic and needed physical proof that I was actually bringing about change. I trusted the animals. I believed what I saw. They showed me that I was affecting positive behavioral changes. Not only was I able to communicate with them, but also offer healing modalities that allowed them to live happier lives among humans. I haven’t needed physical proof in years.

Lost Pet! FindToto.com might be helpful
The story from abc7news.com says the site boasts an 80 percent success rate. There is a fee - but they do quite a bit of work to track a missing pet pal. And the guy who found his pet...says it was worth every cent.
World's Friendliest Pit Bull - Chicks love him :)
Best of YouTube Pets --- Helen (texasgirly1979) first introduced Sharky to the chicks when they were a day old... the fun part of this --- listen for the rooster. Follow her series and she includes the dog, the chicks and the cat...

Animal Insight - with Animal Communicator Nancy Kaiser
We begin a Thursday column offering a unique perspective that I believe showcases the value of the intuitive connection we can develop with pets and animals in general. I am very happy to share this space with Nancy Kaiser. We met when I previewed her book (listed in the sidebar bio) and you can hear our ongoing interviews on Conscious Living - wendy :)
Introduction to Nancy - My Epiphany
In 1977, I married my horse vet and left the practice of pharmacy to manage our vet office, equine hospital and breeding farm in central New Jersey. I’d been showing horses all my life, so this change of occupations was ideal for me. For the next 27 years I cared for hospital patients, many clients’ mares and foals and our own horses.
At times it was overwhelming, but my love for horses, and all animals, gave me strength in the hard times. In 1993, one of my husband’s patients, Love, helped me discover my life’s purpose. Although Love only lived four months this special filly’s lessons live on every day in my work.
My epiphany came while watching an animal communicator teach a workshop at a friend’s farm. The communicator had “talked” with Love the day before and what the filly told her resonated with me. While watching a workshop participant communicate with a horse, I experienced my epiphany - this could be learned! I knew I was supposed to communicate with animals!
Once I committed to this path, animals came from all directions to help me uncover abilities I never knew I possessed. My intuition and the animals’ stories will guide this weekly column. I hope it will open minds that might be closed, offer help with animal-human relationships that are being challenged and allow me to teach what the animals have shared with me. I want it to be interactive, so send me your comments, questions and suggestions. Let’s saddle-up!

Dog, God and Gracie...
Today - I kissed the fur on my wonderful pal Gracie's neck... and hugged her as I held her close to me. I whispered to her in her ear... "I need you to know.. I love you very much... always..."
She squirmed in my arms and turned her face toward me. Wriggling a bit more, she touched her face to mine and licked me.... one of the few times she has ever done so... on the mouth.
It almost made me cry.

Fate of Pet Deer seized from family: undecided
State action in regard to Pet Deer sparks outrage in Oregon...
Might have been the following options part - after a reference to what was best for all concerned in the case -
"Wildlife officials said there were health and disease concerns with keeping deer as pets. They added that the deer “belong to everybody in the state of Oregon, not just a few people.”
To that end...the options of everybody: "The animals will be evaluated by veterinarians. They will either be transferred to a licensed wildlife facility, released into the wild or euthanized."
That happy scenario for animals who had been treated and raised as pets sparked enough of a backlash that officials are now vigourously pronouncing that they do not intend to euthanize the deer and one solution "might" allow for the return to the family.
Background on why this case might be a bit different than an average return-to-the-wild scenario -
[Six years ago, while Jim Filipetti was driving with his children, he saw a white fawn with brown spots lying on the roadside. She was weak and had deformed back legs and hooves that curved inward. This deformity caused her pain and injuries when she tried to walk.
Filipetti took the fawn to a veterinarian who fitted her deformed legs with tiny casts to straighten them. The family put carpet scraps on the floors to prevent Snowball from sliding. She even nibbled at their Christmas tree. Snowball was part of the family.]
The rest of the story.
