Animal Speak: Spirit of the Horse - Carole Devereux

Those who understand see themselves in all,
and all, in themselves
. - Bhagavad-Gita

Good communication is a foundation of a healthy relationship. We may think we are listening to our animals. But are we hearing them?

Animal Communicators are a bridge to connecting us to those we love who happen to be in a non-human form. The wonder is that more and more of us are opening to that inner ability to hear the heart connections of our fellow earth beings and develop a language to give it a framework.

In the Conscious Living interview, Carole Devereux talks about reconnecting runaway pets with their guardians/owners and connecting pets who have transited to a non-physical form to those they left behind.

A clue for her that the pet she is connecting to is no longer in a physical body is when the room feels full of the spirit of the animal and the face appears. She likens it to the image of the Cheshire cat in Alice in Wonderland.

As for the book, Spirit of the Horse, Carole grabs the reader with the story of her first puppy. A happy ending it isn't. One who has no judgment might be able to see both sides of the story and how the entire experience served to shape and add form to Carole's eventual life path.

When one has an opportunity to make these animal spirit connections for oneself, it is an awesome experience. Not only are some of the life pieces of our puzzle filled in, we learn there are ways of knowing that we have yet to master; and if we can allow, animals can guide us on this path.

Beyond that, they are the key to the next phase of our evolution of consciousness. Some of the most extraordinary, evolutionary soul connections can happen in this moment - when we learn to see the soul in our pets.

These are my thoughts and my experience. The interview is about Carole; her book, what inspired her and how she connects with animals. I hope it is a stepping stone to a greater knowing and sharing of our challenges to become more enlightened about the natural beauty we can choose to engage with in the form of animals.

Wisdom awaits. One can begin by asking and allowing with an open heart. The love will flow from there.

Namaste.

Joy comes in small packages - Here's Jesse!

The first time I remember seeing the word Blizzard in a forecast - This time, they called it. And with that confirmation on Snow Day -- joy intervenes... Enjoy Jesse!

From Heather's info - Jesse chooses to do the behaviors in this video, and has so much fun bringing smiles to people's faces. He gets treats for doing his tricks, and enjoys learning new things. Tricks are just one of the activities we enjoy doing together. When not doing tricks, Jesse can be found playing with his cuz ball, chasing squeaker tennis balls, digging in search for lizards, de-fluffing stuffed toys, swimming, and a companioning me on outings. Jesse loves adventure, and lives each and every day to its fullest. Jesse is my best friend, heart dog, and truly a member of the family, and I love him with every beat of my heart.
